RMCS27 will explore how resilient connectivity, trusted data, AI, automation, and cyber operations enable faster decisions and translate digital capability into mission effects. From connecting the infrastructure and data that make AI usable at the point of need, to the decisions and cyber operations that depend on it, to delivering real operational impact rather than stalled pilots, the symposium brings together government, industry, and academia to examine what it takes to move at mission speed.

The Rocky Mountain Cyberspace Symposium (RMCS) is one of the nation's premier cybersecurity and defense technology events, bringing together military leaders, government decision-makers, industry innovators, and academic experts to address the evolving challenges of cyberspace operations, information dominance, homeland defense, and national security. Hosted by AFCEA International and the AFCEA Rocky Mountain Chapter, RMCS serves as a vital forum for collaboration, education, and the exchange of ideas that strengthen cyber readiness across the Department of War and federal government.

Held annually at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, RMCS features keynote presentations, panel discussions, technical training, networking events, and a robust technology exposition showcasing the latest cybersecurity, IT, communications, cloud, AI, and defense solutions. The event attracts military, government, industry, and academic participants from across the nation, creating unmatched opportunities for engagement and partnership.

Beyond the symposium itself, RMCS plays an important role in supporting the next generation of technical talent. Proceeds from the event enable the Rocky Mountain Chapter of AFCEA to contribute more than $500,000 annually toward scholarships, grants, and other STEM initiatives throughout the community.

The RMCS27 Exhibit Hall complements the symposium’s educational program by showcasing cutting-edge technologies, capabilities, and solutions from industry, government, academia, and nonprofit organizations. Attendees have the opportunity to engage directly with exhibitors, exchange ideas with peers, and discover innovations relevant to current and emerging mission requirements.

RMCS27 welcomes a diverse community of military and government personnel, industry professionals, academic leaders, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and volunteers. Military and government attendees receive complimentary admission, helping foster broad participation and meaningful collaboration among the communities working to advance national cyber readiness and defense.
